Voraussetzungen für einen

GWÖ-

ECOnGOOD Account

Du kannst einen GWÖ-ECOnGOOD Account beantragen, wenn folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:

  • Es besteht eine aktive Mitgliedschaft in einem GWÖ- Verein (siehe Mitglied werden)

    • entweder mit Dir (bei Privatpersonen)

    • oder dem Unternehmen, für das Du die Ansprechperson bist

      Inhaber*in eines Accounts muss immer eine natürliche Person sein. Daher wird bei Unternehmen (mit aktivierter Mitgliedschaft - in SmartWe dokumentiert) der Account für eine (oder mehrere) Ansprechperson(en) des Unternehmens erstellt.

      Eine (zusätzliche) Mitgliedschaft der Ansprechperson(en) ist also nicht erforderlich. Voraussetzung ist jedoch die aktive Mitarbeit in der GWÖ (siehe weiter unten).

      Beendet ein Unternehmen die GWÖ-Mitgliedschaft oder verlässt der/die Account-Inhaber/in das Mitglieds-Unternehmen, wird der Account

      • entweder mit einer persönlichen Mitgliedschaft verbunden
      • oder deaktiviert

      (warning) Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine Ausnahmen von der Mitgliedschafts-Regel - auch nicht für Angestellte von GWÖ-Vereinen.

    Wichtig: Die meisten Vereine bieten auch einen reduzierten Mitgliedschaftsbeitrag an.
    Hier die Bedingungen einiger Vereine (für andere Vereine muss die Beitragshöhe direkt beim dort erfragt werden).

  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Arbeit in der Bewegung ein, z.B. in einer Regionalgruppe oder einem AkteurInnenkreis (Hub)

  • der Gemeinwohlökonomie (siehe Mitglied werden)

  • In der Mitglieder-Datenbank SmartWe ist genau ein eindeutiger Eintrag zu deinem Namen und Geburtsdatum vorhanden
    (Prüfung/Nachtrag bei Bedarf durch die Mitgliedschafts-Betreuer*innen der jeweiligen Vereine)
  • Alternativ bist du in der Bewegung angestellt oder bringst dich temporär aktiv in der Bewegung ein (z.B. bei der Webseitenüberarbeitung) und benötigst dafür temporär Zugriff auf bestimmte Tools. Fülle in diesem Fall das Formular Account without membership aus. Es begründet keine neue Mitgliedschaft, erzeugt aber den Datenbank-Eintrag, der für den Account erforderlich ist. Leider ist das Formular derzeit nur auf Englisch verfügbar.

Account beantragen

Note

Die Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein führt nicht automatisch zur Erstellung eines Accounts. Und: Selbst wenn du das folgende Formular einschickst, wird der Account nicht automatisch erstellt, sondern durch aktives Eingreifen der Leute aus dem IT-Support-Team.

Wenn das Formular eine Fehler-Meldung ausgibt, dann ist:

  • entweder kein Datensatz mit dem von dir eingegebenen Vor- und Zuname in der Mitglieder-Datenbank SmartWe vorhanden
  • oder im Datensatz fehlt dein Geburtsdatum oder es stimmt nicht mit deinem Formulareintrag überein
  • oder es gibt mehrere Datensätze mit gleichem Namen/Geburtsdatum

Bitte prüfe zunächst, ob dein Geburtsdatum korrekt im Antragsformular steht. Ist dies der Fall, so sende bitte ein Bildschirmfoto mit deinen Formulareingaben an den IT -SupportSupport - what is the purpose of ECG IT services?.

Sollte noch kein Eintrag für deine Person existieren, so benachrichtigen wir dich darüber und bieten für die Account-Einrichtung an:

  • du schreibst dich selbst in die Liste der "Unterzeichner*innen" ein (es entsteht dadurch keine eigenständige Mitgliedschaft und es wird keine Zahlungsverpflichtung ausgelöst!)

  • du lieferst uns zusätzlich einen "formlosen" Nachweis deiner Mitgliedschaft in einer "legalen Organisation" der GWÖ
    (z.B. durch Bestätigungs-Mail eines Koordinators des Vereines)

Wie geht es weiter?

Nach Antragseingang prüft das IT-Support-Team, ob die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und erstellt dann umgehend den Account wird oder du bekommst eine Nachricht wegen einer nicht erfüllten Voraussetzung.

Du erhältst (in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage) eine E-Mail (an Deine private Adresse) mit

  • der Anleitung zur Aktivierung Deines GWÖ- Accounts durch die Vergabe eines individuellen Passwortes
  • weiteren Einstiegs-Informationen
Warum bekomme ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail?

Nachrichten - besonders, wenn sie mehrfach verschickt wurden - können im SPAM-Filter landen.
Bitte die dort gesammelten Mails überprüfen und ggf. die Einstufung einer Mail (auf "kein Junk" oder "kein Bulk") zu korrigieren.

Manueller Prozess

Den früheren "manuellen Prozess" zur Account-Beantragung bieten wir nicht mehr an, da er zu arbeits-aufwändig und mit dem inzwischen etablierten und verbesserten Online-Prozess nicht mehr notwendig ist.

If the form returns an error message there are one or more reasons:

  • there is no database entry with your first name and last name
  • the birthdate is missing or different in your database entry
  • there are several entries with the same names and birthdates

Please check first if the birthdate in your account request form is correct. If yes, please send a screenshot with your entries in the form to

If the database doesn't contain an entry with your data we will inform you and offer the following solution:

  • you sign in as a subscriber (the process does not create a legal membership and has financial obligations for you)

  • immediately after having sent the form you will be able to use the online process or account application
  • please send us an additional confirmation of your membership in a legal ECG association

What happens next?

The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and/or your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or about additional requirements.

Within a few days you should receive a mail (to your private mail address) with informations, how to activate your account.

There might be other people with the same combination of first and last name. So we need a possibility to identify your application and connect it with the correct personIt might have considered as SPAM (or junk or bulk) by your mail-provider.

The membership should exist

  • either with you (personally)

  • or with your company/organisation, for which you are the contact person

    The owner of an ECG account must be a natural person (we do not set up accounts for businesses or organisations as such). Thus for a company or organisation the account will be set up for one or more of their contact persons.

    The person applying for the account does not have to be a member of an ECG association.

    If the contact person leaves the company/organisation, the account would be

    • either transferred to a personal membership account
    • or is discontinued

    (warning) Please note, that there are no exceptions from this rule - also not for Employees of ECG associations

Important: Most associations do offer a reduced membership fee.
Here are the conditions of some associations (for other associations the amount of the fee must be requested directly from the association).

If you are a staff members of an ECOnGOOD association can receive an account without being a member of an association.

  • contribute actively to the movement, eg. in a Local Chapter or Hub
