Voraussetzungen für einen

GWÖ-

ECOnGOOD Account

Um einen GWÖ-Account zu Du kannst einen ECOnGOOD Account beantragen, müssen wenn folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt seinsind:

  • Du bist als Mitglied

    Es besteht eine aktive Mitgliedschaft in einem

    GWÖ-

    Verein der Gemeinwohlökonomie (siehe

    allgemein) oder als Ansprechpartner eines Mitgliedsunternehmens in

  • In der Mitglieder-Datenbank
    • eingetragen.
    • Für Unternehmen gilt:  Inhaber*in eines Accounts ist immer eine natürliche Person - generelle "Unternehmensaccounts" gibt es nicht. Ein*e Vertreter*in eines Mitgliedsunternehmens kann jedoch einen Account bekommen und benötigt dazu keine zusätzliche persönliche Vereins-Mitgliedschaft (der Mitgliedsnachweis erfolgt über das Unternehmen). Es kann auch mehrere Accounts pro Unternehmen geben - Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass jede Person mit Account aktiv irgendwo in der GWÖ mitarbeitet (siehe nächster Hauptpunkt unten) und dies durch den*die jeweilige*n Koordinator*in nachweist.
      Beendet ein Unternehmen die GWÖ-Mitgliedschaft oder verlässt der*die Account-Inhaber*in das Mitglieds-Unternehmen, muss der Account mit einer persönlichen Mitgliedschaft verbunden werden oder er wird eingestellt.
      (warning) Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine Ausnahmen von der Mitgliedschafts-Regel - auch nicht für Angestellte von GWÖ-Vereinen! (warning)
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Arbeit in der Bewegung ein (siehe unter Mitarbeiten).

Der Prozess zur Anmeldung wurde im Juli 2020 umgestellt. Es ist dadurch deutlich einfacher, einen Account zu beantragen und es geht schneller, ihn zu erhalten. 

Voraussetzungen für den Online-Prozess

Du kannst das folgende Formular unten nutzen, wenn

  • Ein eindeutiger Eintrag auf deinen Namen im Mitgliedsverwaltungs-System SmartWe vorhanden ist und dort dein korrektes Geburtsdatum eingetragen ist (es erfolgt eine automatische Prüfung von Name und Geburtsdatum, die nur bei Eindeutigkeit positiv ausfällt). Prüfung/Nachtrag bei Bedarf durch die Mitgliedschafts-Beteuer*innen der jeweiligen Vereine. 

Wenn eine dieser Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllt ist, kann der Account leider nicht automatisch erstellt werden.
Wir bitten in diesem Fall um Nachsicht und um eine manuelle Beantragung (siehe im Detail unten).

Kontaktiere Deine*n Koordinator*in

Sende folgende Unterlagen an Deine*n Koordinator*in (Details zu "Koordinator" siehe unten):

  1. Datenschutzvereinbarung (unterzeichnet und gut leserlich)
  2. Deine private Email-Adresse.
  3. Ggf. Nachweis Deiner Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein (wenn Du Dich nicht über unsere Website angemeldet hast)
4Koordinator*in prüft Voraussetzungen

Der/die Koordinator*in prüft, ob alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und ob für Dich ein Eintrag in unserer Mitglieder-Datenbank vorhanden ist.

5Koordinator*in beantragt GWÖ-Account

Der/die Koordinator*in sendet folgende Unterlagen an IT-Support:

  1. Deine Anfrage an ihn*sie
  2. Deine Regionalgruppen- oder Akteur*innenkreis-Zugehörigkeit
  3. Deine unterschriebene Datenschutzerklärung
  4. Deine private Email-Adresse
  5. Ggf. Nachweis Deiner Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein (wenn Du Dich nicht über unsere Website angemeldet hast)

(warning) Bitte keine Sammelbestellungen. Pro Account jeweils eine Mail schicken (ist einfacher bei Rückfragen)

Account wird vom IT-Support erstellt

Du musst ein Passwort zur Aktivierung wählen. Weitere Infos dazu erhältst Du in Deiner Begrüßungsmail.

Note

Die Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein führt nicht automatisch zur Erstellung eines Accounts. Und: Selbst wenn du das folgende Formular einschickst, wird der Account nicht automatisch erstellt, sondern durch aktives Eingreifen der Leute aus dem IT-Support-Team.

Wenn das Formular eine Fehler-Meldung ausgibt, dann ist:

  • entweder kein Datensatz mit dem von dir eingegebenen Vor- und Zuname in der Mitglieder-Datenbank SmartWe vorhanden
  • oder im Datensatz fehlt dein Geburtsdatum oder es stimmt nicht mit deinem Formulareintrag überein
  • oder es gibt mehrere Datensätze mit gleichem Namen/Geburtsdatum

Bitte prüfe zunächst, ob dein Geburtsdatum korrekt im Antragsformular steht. Ist dies der Fall, so sende bitte ein Bildschirmfoto mit deinen Formulareingaben an den IT Support - what is the purpose of ECG IT services?.

Sollte noch kein Eintrag für deine Person existieren, so benachrichtigen wir dich darüber und bieten für die Account-Einrichtung an:

  • du schreibst dich selbst in die Liste der "Unterzeichner*innen" ein (es entsteht dadurch keine eigenständige Mitgliedschaft und es wird keine Zahlungsverpflichtung ausgelöst!)

Wie geht es weiter?

Nach Antragseingang prüft das IT-Support-Team, ob die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und erstellt dann umgehend den Account oder du bekommst eine Nachricht wegen einer nicht erfüllten Voraussetzung.

Du erhältst (in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage) eine E-Mail (an Deine private Adresse) mit

  • der Anleitung zur Aktivierung Deines GWÖ- Accounts durch die Vergabe eines individuellen Passwortes
  • weiteren Einstiegs-Informationen

(warning) Überprüfe auch den Spam-Ordner in Deinem Mail-Programm, ob die E-Mail vielleicht dort gelandet ist.

Warum bekomme ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail?

In order to receive an ECG an  ECOnGOOD Account you  you have to : be a member of an

ECG legal body (

). There are in general no exceptions to this rule. (warning) Please note: If in your country an association does not yet exist, please contact International Reception (international@ecogood.org) on how to proceed.
  • contribute actively to the movement, eg. in a local chapter or hub
  • be a natural person. Accounts are not given to organizations or companies as a whole - but staff of member of organizations can get a personal account - given that they actively contribute to the movement in a local chapter or hub. If they leave the organization their account need to be transferred to a personal membership account or is discontinued.

    If you are a staff members of an ECOnGOOD association can receive an account without being a member of an association.

    FAQ

    Did the submission of the form fail?

    If the form returns an error message there are one or more reasons:

    • there is no database entry with your first name and last name
    • the birthdate is missing or different in your database entry
    • there are several entries with the same names and birthdates

    Please check first if the birthdate in your account request form is correct. If yes, please send a screenshot with your entries in the form to it-support@econgood.org

    What happens next?

    The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and/or your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or about additional requirements.

    Within a few days you should receive a mail (to your private mail address) with informations, how to activate your account.

    Why did I not receive the confirmation mail?

    Please check your SPAM folder.

    Why do I have to give you my birthdate?

    There might be other people with the same combination of first and last name. So we need a possibility to identify your application and connect it with the correct person

    A new online application form is now available in English (and German). (warning) Other languages are in the works. Thanks for your patience!

    You can use the form if you: 

    • are a member of an ECG association (individually or your company). Employees of company members must use the manual process (see below) for the time being. 
    • there must be an entry for you in the international federation member administration system SmartWe (name and date of birth are automatically checked) 
      (warning) As of October 2020 not all countries are fed into the central system yet. Please contact your local membership administrator to inquire, if you are not sure or use the manual process (see below).
    • The group you are active in must be entered as the active ECG organizational unit in SmartWe (otherwise it will not be offered for selection).
      (warning) For some countries this is not yet the case, especially for regional groups or associations in formation. Please us the manual process (the below) in these cases.
    If the registration form cannot be used, the below-mentioned manual process will be used.
