Erste wichtige Tools

Wiki

Unsere Empfehlung: Lerne das GWÖ-Wiki ein wenig kennen. Diese Seite ist nur ein winziger Teil dieses gemeinsamen Schatzes. Mit deinen neuen Zugangsdaten hast du Zugriff auf die gesamte GWÖ-Austauschplattform.

Stöbere durch diese Welt oder schau Dir zuerst die reich gegliederten (aber nicht täglich aktualisierten ) Anleitungen zum Wiki an.
Am linken Seitenrand siehst du die Verknüpfung zu den verschiedenen Wiki-Bereichen:

Der oben am grafischen Logo angezeigte Bereich ist der Bereich, in dem Du Dich aktuell befindest.
Die darunter gelisteten Bereiche kannst Du nun ebenfalls aufrufen.

Du findest z.B. alles über die GWÖ-IT unter IT - Tutorials and more im Bereich "EGC General":

Wiki-Inhalte sind vorwiegend in Deutsch und Englisch vorhanden. In der Kopfzeile wählst du aus, welche Sprache du angezeigt haben willst.

Der Zugang zu den allen wichtigen Diensten ist am einfachsten über das ECG-Portal my.ecogood.org zu erreichen (zwei Seiten zum Blättern):

Du hast von dort schnellen Zugriff zu Wiki, Webmail, Datacloud und einigen spezielleren Anwendungen so wie zum Passwort-Reset und aktuellen Mitteilungen aus der GWÖ-IT.

Webmail

Hier erreichst du dein neues GWÖ-E-Mail-Konto.
In E-Mail einrichten erfährst du, wie du die Webmail-Oberfläche produktiv nutzen kannst.
Informationen zur Konfiguration des E-Mail-Kontos in lokalen Programmen bis hin zu Smartphone-Apps findest du auf den Unterseiten.

Datacloud

In der Datacloud - Dateiablage ist die Zusammenarbeit über Dateien möglich, inklusive gemeinsamer Echtzeit-Bearbeitung.
So lassen sich Daten von Regionalgruppen, Arbeitskreisen etc. gut (und unabhängig von den großen kommerziellen Diensten) gemeinsam verwalten.

Darüberhinaus findest du hier zahlreiche Werkzeuge wie Aufgaben-Organisation (Deck), Termin- und sonstige Umfragen (Polls), Terminverwaltung (Kalender) nutzen. Die Anleitungen findest du in vielen Unterseiten.

Nach Login solltest du Zugriff auf den ordner #ECG_all haben. Bitte wende dich an die Koordinator*innen deiner Regionalgruppe, um Zugriff zu euren lokalen Daten zu erhalten.

Set your own password

In order to use your ECG account, you first need to set your own personal password.
This is described on Choosing a new password - The password reset process.

And from now on the doors to the ECG IT services are open for you

Wiki

Our recommendation: Get to know the ECG Wiki a bit.
This page is just a tiny part of this shared treasure. With your new account you can login to have access to the entire ECG exchange platform.

Browse through this world or look first at the richly organized guides to the wiki.
In the navigation (on the left) you can see the links to the different Wiki spaces:

The space shown at the top (with the ECG logo) is the space you are currently in. The spaces listed below can now be accessed as well.

You can find e.g. all about the ECG IT under IT - Tutorials and more in the space "EGC General":

Wiki contents are mainly available in German and English. In the header you can choose which language you want to have displayed:

The easiest way to access the all important services is through the ECG portal my.ecogood.org (two pages to browse):

From there you have quick access to Wiki, Webmail, Datacloud and some more applications as well as to the password reset and current messages from the ECG-IT.

Webmail

Here you can access your new ECG email account.
In E-Mail - Setup you will learn how to use the webmail interface productively.
Information on configuring the email account in local programs and smartphone apps can be found on the subpages.

Datacloud

In the Dateiablage Datacloud - Datacloudfile storage, the collaboration of files is possible, including joint real-time editing.
Thus, data from local chapters, working groups, etc. can be managed together well (and independently of the large commercial services).

In addition, you will find numerous tools such as task organization ("Deck"), appointment and other surveys ("Polls"), appointment management ("Calendar") use. You can find the instructions in the various subpages of the Wiki.
